About
Dr. George Kesselaar
Scholar, educator, and adviser at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and organisational change.

Biography
I explore how executive worldviews shape judgement, leadership, and organisational transformation.
My work explores how executives make sense of complexity and how those underlying worldviews shape organisational change, strategic decision-making, and governance. Combining more than three decades of experience in executive leadership, management consulting, board governance, and higher education with doctoral research in organisational change, I bridge rigorous scholarship with practical application.
Across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, I have worked alongside executives, boards, and MBA cohorts to develop the judgement, adaptive capacity, and leadership capabilities required to navigate transformation in increasingly complex environments. My approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins not with new strategies alone, but with a deeper shift in how leaders perceive, interpret, and respond to the world around them.
This philosophy lies at the heart of A View on Change—where research, executive education, and advisory practice come together to help leaders see differently so they can lead differently.
