Teaching

Theory. Rigour.
Impact.

Research-informed teaching in international management, leadership, and organisational change — preparing graduates to navigate institutional complexity with analytical precision.

Three Principles

My teaching is grounded in constructive alignment, case-based learning, and the disciplined application of theory to real organisational challenges.

01

Theory Must Be Lived

Conceptual frameworks are applied to real cases and cross-border dilemmas. Students engage with mechanisms, not merely surface explanations — moving from description toward disciplined causal reasoning.

02

Learning Is Recursive

Structured discussion, peer critique, and staged assignments help students progressively refine their thinking. Just as my research frames agency as becoming through iterative folds, learning deepens through reflection and revision.

03

Preparing for Institutional Turbulence

Cases from Europe, Africa, and the Gulf region expose students to governance variation, regulatory complexity, and superdiverse leadership contexts — building the analytical resilience that complex environments demand.
